Permeability varies from 90CFM to 900CFM, and material can be polyester, nylon, or PPS. Also different patterns & structures (fine surface/coarse surface/anti-hydrolyses, etc) are available.
These products have a wide application in paper making, conveyor and industrial filtration of wastewater, mining, fly ash, MDF, aluminum, food processing, etc, with a long lifetime.
In addition to standard styles, custom design and OEM are welcome.
With a plant area of 3200 square meter, the plant has following equipments:
A. 5 weaving looms, 3 are High Speed Looms from Jurgens and Texo, others are Texo looms;
B. 1 hot airbox table, 2 hot cylinder table for finishing;
C. 1 automatic seaming machines, 60 manual seaming machines.
Current employees are 175 and annual volume is about 260, 000 square meter per year.
